A walkthrough Our Program, where healing begins…

We begin by sending to you an in-depth health assessment, which is reviewed by a member of our patient advocate team (myself, the Medical Director or Registered Dietician,).

Then, you and I meet along with other like minded women in a small group (virtually, of course…unless you live in or are visiting the Palm Springs area, then we meet in person at a special venue) to go over your body’s data and make recommendations custom tailored just for you.

In this first session, we learn about all the bodily systems that may be dysfunctioning. We learn together, as a group, as many symptoms are common.

Isn’t it great to know that you are not alone?!

It will become crystal clear by the end of the first session WHY you are not not feeling better. Once you are empowered with this data, we will create individualized programs.

Based on the comprehensive health survey you already completed, we create a plan using pharmacy grade specific supplements to bolster your system so it does what it’s meant to do…keep you feeling good .

 We know you’re not into taking a bunch of pills…so we offer just the necessities to get you feeling even better.

You are then on your way armed with lots of new information about your health so you can confidently  take on your new life.

What’s so great about this, as you can see, is we spend more than 3 minutes with you, not like you may find at a traditional doctor’s office! 

In fact, we don’t even check the time once in our time together (in reality, I  have reserved two hours to be with you). We don’t depart until you have a clear understanding of what is causing you to not feel well.

In our second appointment, there are 4 in Our Program, we evaluate the foods you eat and create a plan that is right for YOU! 

Ya see, food IS medicine.

It affects your mood, energy, immunity and hormones. And what you eat, matters. 

You might be thinking…but I DO eat healthy.

Yes, but some healthy food might not actually be healthy for you! 

I want you to know, at Feel Good Today Clinic, we are not into fad diets that Oprah and all the other celebrities are into…instead we build a custom plan that supports and gently nudges those stubborn inches to burn away, leaving you feeling full, happy and energized. 

Wow! Wouldn’t that be a nice change of pace?!

Our food plans have been custom developed by our Registered Dietician, so you can be sure that no matter your symptoms, we will develop a plan just for YOU!

In our third appointment, we help you to understand why your body needs proper rest, exercise and recreation…and we create a doable plan to achieve this.

We all know that sleep is important.

Yet, like many other women, you might find it difficult to achieve a solid 8 hours of sleep that is indicated for great health. We will share evidence based information with you on what exactly is happening to our brains and bodies when we do not receive the proper rest.

How about exercise? Is that just something that you used to do?

Don’t worry, we will come up with a plan that makes sense to you and fits into your schedule with ease.  

Fun! Now that is something great to talk about. What do you do for recreation and entertainment with friends?

Has it become that you’d rather trade in your after work functions for yoga pants and a date with Netflix. Grace and Frankie, anyone?

We will talk about the functional reason for Rest, Exercise and Entertainment in this very enlightening and scientific discussion.

We want you to remember this…any questions you may have about your food plan or supplements in between appointments are INCLUDED in the program.

Well, let me just say, if you email me at 4am, it is unlikely that I will respond immediately  but I can promise you will hear from me within 12 hours of contact.

In our fourth visit, we learn applicable stress reduction strategies that actually work, like immediately. I teach you how to use Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, and Applied Journaling to change your mind set and alleviate your anxiety.

Our mind and bodies are tied together. We know that to feel better today and every day, it’s imperative to learn how to effectively handle stress. Stress impacts every part of our life.

In this session, we learn ways to mitigate stress, shift perspective on how we view stress and discover tools and tips to handle stress.

Stress is a part of everyday life. Some days are easier than others. We are here for you through it all.

Elizabeth has been teaching and counseling on stress reduction for over 20 years…we look forward to sharing how to eliminate stress from impacting you physically..

And remember, we are here for you between sessions to offer any necessary tweaks or add other components of our program to help you experience full body wellness.

Additionally, in our final session together, we create a long term plan to keep you successful for the long run. 

We are always available and offer a discounted rate for the graduates of our program…ya know, if something comes up that we can not resolve over email or a quick phone call.
